Real businesses, real hours back
Australian business owners who built an AI Second Brain with AI Business School. Their words, their numbers, their videos.
David runs leadership workshops. Preparing one used to take him about three hours; it now takes thirty minutes, at a standard he's happier with. In his own words, that's "$2,000, $3,000 a week of labour" either reclaimed or now chargeable.
He put his prices up in the same stretch — more time and more margin at once. On the tooling: "The gap between ChatGPT and Claude is exponential." On what he built: "It's not my brain, it's my second brain."

LJ was part-way through recruiting a VA — money already spent on the process — when three agents took over the bulk of the work. She stopped the hire: "You've saved me minimum $2,000 a month worth of a salary."
What she values most is that the business no longer lives only in her head. "I can die in peace because Claude knows what I do — anyone can jump in and keep the business going." And on how we worked: "You didn't fish for me — you taught me how to fish."

Credit submissions used to eat half a day to a day of Charles's week. They now take a few hours, "at a much, much higher standard." The foundation was built in two 90-minute sessions, and he has kept extending it himself since.
He works in a licensed industry, so we set it up to his obligations from the start: enterprise plan, memory off, cleared with his licensee before anything touched real client work.

Donald came in sceptical. "I thought AI was cheating. Now? If you're not using it, you're decades behind." The thing that convinced him was voice: "It writes like me."
Nothing here touches client matters — a lawyer's work stays a lawyer's work. What changed is the drafting, the structure and the turnaround.

Ben's pipeline lived in a spreadsheet. Now he opens the week knowing which deals matter today, without rebuilding the picture each time.
He's honest that it wasn't a big hours saving for him — his win was building the thing properly the first time. "One step back to go multiple steps forward."
A full 50-slide marketing plan used to be a 24-hour job for Angus. "With the skills I've built, [it] can be done in — I'd say maximum — six hours." Briefs went the same way: "I did probably 10 briefs today in an hour." He has since built 10+ of his own connected workflows post program.
The change he names first isn't output, it's his day. "My mornings up until 8:30 are mine to do what I want... I work a normal day of hours efficiently, and quit in the evening and have my evening time back. That's not what was happening before this."
