These terms cover your use of this website and the free material on it. Paid engagements (Self-Build, the Program and the 7-Day AI Makeover) are governed by the separate written agreement you sign before we start. Where the two disagree, that agreement wins.

What we do and don't promise

Everything on this site is general business information, not advice for your specific situation. It isn't legal, financial, tax or compliance advice, and you should get your own where it matters.

Results shown on this site are real and on record, from named clients who gave permission. They are what happened for those businesses. Nothing here is a guarantee of hours saved, revenue earned or any other outcome for you — what you get depends on your business and the work you put in.

AI outputs

The systems we build use third-party AI models. They can be wrong, and they can be confidently wrong. Anything an AI system produces for your business needs a human review before it goes out the door, and you remain responsible for the work you send to your clients and regulators. Third-party AI tools are also subject to their own terms and availability, which we don't control.

Free material

The personalised report, the guide and any templates are provided free and as-is. They're yours to use inside your own business. You can't resell them, publish them, or pass them off as your own material.

Bookings

Calls are booked through our scheduling system in good faith. If you can't make it, please reschedule or cancel rather than leaving it — repeated no-shows may mean we don't offer another time.

Your material

Anything you share with us stays yours. We treat it as confidential and use it only to do the work. Systems built for you sit in your own accounts, so they remain yours if we stop working together.

Our material

The content of this site, and our frameworks, methods and templates, belong to us. You can use them inside your business. You can't repackage, teach or sell them as your own offering.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this site or the free material. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the material or refunding what you paid for it.

Third-party links

We link to other sites and services, including video hosting and our community platform. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
